I just felt confident from the start. I appreciated you keeping me up on any little detail that would arise. The few times I called and left messages you returned my call very promptly and could always answer my questions. I never felt that I was given the run-around from you. You were honest and upfront about everything. Paul and I knew from the beginning that the housing market has been a little tough lately, but it felt right to leave the details of the sale in your capable hands.
